Very nice and clean site 7 does have sun but we had awning shades that helped tremendously site was level and close to swim beach but it also was heavy traffic area due to people coming and going and party’s at the. Pavilion by the swim beach every weekend during the week it was fine

We have been here several times. Love the view. Had a really bad experience with the squirrels this time. They got on top of the camper on one of the slides and completely chewed off the rubber seal that runs along the slide out and prevents water from coming inside. We told the park ranger and he said we could file a claim but there wasn’t anything he could do. At night, we could hear squirrels running on top of the camper. It was frustrating that they were tearing up our camper and there was nothing we could do. The only other issue is the grass was very tall. That has happened the last 3 times we’ve been there.

First time at campground well worth the wait! Can’t wait for next trip there stayed on site 21 only negative wasn’t enough room for camper and truck in driveway no big deal as overflow parking very close. Would highly recommend very hard to get into on weekends

A very clean park with spotless restrooms (Thank you hosts!). There was ample room between spaces and our site was mostly level. A nice location for anyone, whether or not they enjoy water sports. Dogwood Canyon Nature Park is very close and provides walking and biking trails. Of course, Branson, with all of its shows, restaurants, etc is in close proximity. We would happily stay here again.

Our site was easy to back into and fairly level. There was shade most of the day on part of our site and the facilities were clean. Enjoyable campground with lots of people who love going there!

Completely get the fact that camp hosts are no longer paid but there were OHV units driving in park, only saw one attendant ta the gate one time during the week. Saw the local Ranger more times than in the past but not sure that deterred the OHV as it never stopped driving in the park and occupying a parking space at the boat launch.

Love the location. We enjoy taking our bikes to Dogwood Canyon in the early morning hours which is easy to do since we are close. Nearby to Branson and we usually go to a couple shows. Most of all we just like to relax on the edge of the lake in the water. The camp attendances are very friendly.
