We have always enjoyed camping here but our site 53 had no shade and no breeze. We understand now why it was available.
Our truck was scratched sometime while it was parked at our site. Needless to say we were not happy campers.
The grass was knee high, they did mow it the day before we left, grass clippings everywhere.

I was urged my friends to report this. The people next to us had about 30 people in the site. They were all parked at the bathhouse which prevented other campers from using it. They had a huge bus RV and then 3 or 4 tents. Although they were quiet, I don't think that many people should be allowed to use a campsite. Also, I seriously doubt they paid for everyone. If this happened again, I would as to be moved or would ask for a refund.

We have been here several times. Love the view. Had a really bad experience with the squirrels this time. They got on top of the camper on one of the slides and completely chewed off the rubber seal that runs along the slide out and prevents water from coming inside. We told the park ranger and he said we could file a claim but there wasn’t anything he could do. At night, we could hear squirrels running on top of the camper. It was frustrating that they were tearing up our camper and there was nothing we could do. The only other issue is the grass was very tall. That has happened the last 3 times we’ve been there.
