The campground hosts and other staff were very friendly! The campground was in great shape! However, toward the end of our stay the sewer system including the dump station, and shower house was shut down. We left a day early to travel to Mill Creek campground to use their dump station before heading home. During a stay last year, the same thing happened! Hopefully, this issue will be resolved as we have future rerservations at this campground!

Park usually great but main shower house was under repairs for days so we left a day early. Preventive maintenance should be done during down months to inspect and get ahead of this issue when park is open. No fault of the host!!

The campsites are very nice! We were there for a total of 14 nights and during the second weekend there was a major issue with the sewer system on the site. The dump station and the main shower house was closed which was a real drag, especially when your tanks are full from being out for 10 days. My brother and his wife camp here often and apparently this is common with the sewer issues. The hosts were nice but boy are they sticklers for the rules. They called me out for taking the Gold Star Lifetime Military 50% off discount for the site and demanded that change my booking. If this is indeed true and accurate the the US Army Corps Needs to fix their website to nto not allow the discount to put in in the first place. I doubt that we will be back, there are other parks in the area that likely won't be as troublesome.
