It is a timeshare with high maintenance fees.
My family and I were invited for the weekend so we took outlr camper and had a good time.Nice campers onsite and staff was friendly.Indoor pool and kids and fun. And then the sales pitch in the last day. We had a decent time during the sales pitch, all about the membership, membership, membership. And then discover it actually is a timeshare. For the reviews that say this is not a timeshare, it is a Timeshare!A $1400 down payment and then a very high interest loan for your monthly payments. AND $725 maintenance fees that you get to enjoy for your membership.
After multiple calls I was told that my membership is canceled and down payment is forfeit. I am OK with that except still being billed and no one returns calls, just goes directly to billing department. I can't even remember names we have talked to so many people.
Would love to here from sales manager at Branson Ridge, you know my number.
