The location is excelent. This area is far from the noise and lights of Branson, and isolated on three sided by water. The campsite we rented was basically by itself next to the day use area, which ensured a quiet environment after dark.

Site numbers are painted on pavement & difficult to see. Many vehicles at swim area parking did not have paid day pass or paid campers. No one at booth until 2 pm. There is a self pay station at booth.

Enjoyed this campground! Very close to Silver Dollar City and has views of Table Rock Lake. Visit the floating cafe and rent a boat from the marina!

The rv site was beautiful but unfortunately the campground had issues!
First we were approached by the rudest camp host with a clipboard, he was very unwelcoming!! With not so much as a hello, he’s telling me the car needed to be moved or would be towed.
My sister & her husband were staying across the street in a nearby cabin, they came by to greet us on arrival. He proceeds to tell them they needed to pay a day pass fee if they didn’t leave! He continued to spout off all the rules, giving direct suggestions on what we needed to do, mind you all this happened in a matter of minutes as we tried to set up the rv in summer heat!! We have never had such a rude greeting in all our travels!! We found out after arriving & paying about the ridiculous NO golf cart rule, that was a deal breaker.
They’re the only property in the entire city of Branson to ban the use of golf carts.
The fact it’s a government run property may be their biggest problem.
