Policies & Rules

Site capacity

  • Only one RV or travel trailer is allowed per site, with one additional vehicle permitted if notified in advance.

Vehicles & parking

  • Parking is only for camping guests; meet others for river floats off property.
  • The property can refuse access to guests with unacceptable vehicles.
  • Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only; no parking on campsites or roadways, and grass parking is prohibited.

Fees & deposits

  • Unannounced additional guests incur a $50 fee per person.

Site types & loops

  • RVs and trailers must be in good condition and have current liability insurance; cords and hoses must also be in good condition.
  • Campsite alterations require management approval.

Parking

  • Food Truck Vendors: must procure all necessary legal licensing and liability coverage to rent space. We are not responsible or liable for any theft or damage by fire, water,accident or any other cause. This includes while loading and unloading vendor property. Vendor grants permission for any photos taken of vendor booths/items to be used for any purpose in connection with promoting business.

Safety & rules

  • The maximum speed within the campground is 5 MPH.
  • Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times for safety.
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Loud music and excessive noise that disturbs others are prohibited at all times.
  • Guests must keep the campground clean and behave appropriately.
  • Illegal drugs are prohibited; alcohol must be consumed responsibly at your campsite, and glass containers are not permitted by the water.
  • Firearms, weapons, and explosives are strictly prohibited on the property.
  • Fireworks and hazardous materials are not allowed on the property.
  • Guests must follow all posted rules and regulations.
  • Harassment or discrimination will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages or injuries caused during their stay; credit cards will be held for potential damages.
  • Guests assume all risks related to camping and indemnify the property against claims.
  • The property is not liable for lost or stolen items or personal injury.
  • Guests must secure their belongings; the property is not liable for theft or damage.
  • In emergencies, call 911.
  • The property can refuse service to anyone for rule violations or state law breaches, leading to eviction without a refund.
  • The property can evict individuals who do not follow the rules.
  • Guests indemnify the property against claims arising from their use of the property.
  • Management can modify or add rules as needed.
  • Guests release the property from liability.
  • Guests acknowledge risks of water activities and release the property from liability for injuries or losses.
