Sites are nice and level. Bathroom nice but low water pressure and showers not very warm. But it was a fun week. Was really hot and spent most of time in the water. Camp hosts were very nice.

Very beautiful area, unobstructed view of the lake. Easy to get to close to some nice restaurants and a convenience store/gas station. My favorite so far.

Beautiful view of the water. We were in site #6. Lots of sun and it was hot but we had plenty of power to keep our 2 air conditioners going. Hosts were very nice at check in.

Great campground, access to water, love the protected cove. Some sites very level, some not so. A little crowded with many cars double parked. The shower house is a little rough or I would give it 5 stars.

From Springfield, MO, take US 65 north for 60 miles to Preston, MO.. Continue on Highway 54 west to Hermitage, MO., then take Highway 254/ 64 south to Carsons Corner and follow Highway 254 west toward the dam.
The entrance to Damsite Park is on the south side of Highway 254.
