At the entrance the last speed bump is too high. When I cross it with my class A it rocks too much. The road at the gate house is sinking in which makes my RV tip to the side. The campground area was very good

Very nice campground. Site was perfectly level. Water and sewer hookup worked great. Adding this to the list of parks for future trips.

Very well kept up campground with new, clean shower houses on the Deer Run Loop. Good OTA TV channels, and much to do in the area. Obviously, Hannibal, about a 30 minute drive, but also Florida, where Samuel Clemens was born. The state park has the original 1 room cabin on display along with other historic artifacts inside a memorial building. This is a go to park for me, the only reason I don't give 5 stars is no waterfront sites. The gate attendants are very friendly and helpful.
