Best park with best hosts. Great bike riding/hiking trail. Great for kayaking and fishing. Swim beach about 5 minutes away. Play ground. Pavilions to rent. Private group spot for 3 water/electric hook ups and up to 40 tents with pavilion, shower house, grills, group fire pit and flag poles

We felt like this was a great place to let the kids roam on bicycles. Large loops for them to run through. Meeting other kids on bikes ! They loved that part. And the kids like fishing, so we brought that stuff. Was very pleased we could let them walk down to the water and fish 'alone' while we stayed at our campsite. We could keep a visual on them 100% from our campsite, 150 feet away, but they felt very independent out there fishing 'alone'. We so enjoyed watching them catch fish by themselves, even though the fish were almost minnow sized, lol. Also seems like a good place to put in canoe's or kayaks and just paddle around the creek, not get too far away. But, we did not have those with us this trip.

I have been to this park with my family several times and we always have a great time. Staff is very welcoming, and the facilities are always clean.
