It would’ve been a better experience if there was a shower house on that side. In order to take a shower you have to load up and go across the dam. If not a shower house, full hookups so you could shower in your camper.

I don’t like this place, no sewer hook up is so primitive and stupid. Not again, the bathrooms and shower houses were so nasty. Yes I said houses because we went to several and they were all nasty.

Live this campground! Swimming (5 minutes away at Piedmont Park), fishing, kayaking (if you don’t have your own try Piedmont Cafe), bike riding (around the campground and a bike path) walking and relax all great. Most sites are shaded. Hosts are great, bathrooms clean. Cleaning lady also scoops fire pits out

Live this campground! The park was nice and clean, the only reason I am giving it 3 stars is that it only had a 30 amp to hook up our camper and we needed 50. It was very hot and our breaker kept tripping because it couldn't run both units.
