We had a reunion. Rented a Pavillion for one day. It was very nice. Had maybe 25 people. We also rented a campsite for our camper. Good shady spot with electric and water. Park is clean, showers are hot!

No cell service, and no trash cans at bathhouse. Everything else was nice. Big camping area. Plenty of room for playing outdoor games.

The campsites are very close together, and needed to be mowed.

We stay at River Rd., Park quite a bit and it’s always kept up very nice. Bathrooms are clean. Sites are kept very nice. Great place for water skiing, tubing, and swimming. There is a convenience store/bait shop and a restaurant right across the street from the campground. Also close to town and other amenities.

The people at the campsite next to us were loud all night and took over half our camp site . Set up volleyball net hit my car with the ball. We ended up leaving day early because of all this . We weren’t getting any sleep .

The campsite has a wonderful view of the river and is right across from the bike/hike trail. Only negative is very limited cell service.

We had a great time at River Road campground, except for Wednesday that was real windy.

Park was clean, well mowed, bathroom and shower houses were cleaned early every morning. We took the boat and enjoyed the lake also.

Campsite had a limb on it that had fallen out of a tree (had been there for a while, had dead leaves on it) and also cigarette butts on it that previous camper didn’t clean up. Then when it was time to use dump station it was full of sewage and was coming out the top. A worker tried to pump it out manually but didn’t do any good. The two campers before us pulled out without dumping and we couldn’t get dumped either.
