We have never had a bad experience at Buck Creek Park. Well maintained, clean area, clean restroom and the park attendants are friendly.

Okay campground. Sites are old and need updating. Swim area was a MESS and the area was not well defined. Boats were coming way to close.

We enjoy this campground. Cell service for us (we have Verizon) is not too great as this is a remote area but it is nice to get away from the cell phone. Do have some service at the park's high-point if we really need to make calls/use data. The restrooms/showers are clean and well kept. Enjoyed nice morning walks. The lake level was down so we were able to walk all of the campground roads. Bring supplies with you as this is a remote location but the Pioneer store in Protem has a pretty good selection if you need something, and they have good deli meats/cheeses. Have gotten acquainted with the camp attendants and their family, they are good people.
