Small camping spots, dump station has no hydrant for using tank spray attachments.

Overall the campground was in very good shape and camp hosts were extremely helpful and kind.
That being said, our site was not built to accommodate slides on both sides of the camper. The site listing needs to make it clear that site will only accommodate RVs with slides on one side. We made it work by not sliding out our bunk room the final 15 inches or so which is not recommended for a number of reasons. We also had to open the door to the outdoor kitchen before pulling into the spot due to the proximity of the railing blocking it once parked.
Heads up, sites on this side of the campground do not have water whereas sites on the other side do.
We would go back, we didn’t complain, just needing some updates to the dimension limits online to avoid problems.

Site 16. From the first night, seed ticks and chiggers were very plentiful. Sitting in the high grass, my wife found ticks and my ankles were attacked by chiggers.
Talked to attendants at the gate and was told they also had that issue and had to spray their site. Grass was high.
We bought spray and used two large cans.
Spent a night at home, hoping to have a change when came back. Better for 3 days, had some rain and back to insect issues.
Finally left a day early- just tired of getting bites.

Besides the storms, it was a good stay.

Pad was too narrow to extend canopy and have any useable space without falling off wall. Plus really close to most used bathrooms.

Some sites are close together. The pads are all asphalt. The campground as a whole is really nice. They are pet friendly. The hosts were nice. It was pretty quiet when we were there. I would recommend staying here. The sites are well kept.

Nice campground. Lots of shade. Electric and water worked fine. Shower house clean. Staff was friendly. Easy access to lake for our kayaks. Nice coves to explore.
We enjoyed our stay! Dinner out one night at Danna’s was excellent.

All was excellent, except, when we checked in we told them our daughter was joining us the next day with the 2nd vehicle. (She was part of the group we paid a reservation for.) We obtained the parking pass for her. When she arrived, however, and told them what site and our name, she was almost not allowed to enter without paying for a day pass. The male attendant was rude to her and really gave her a hard time. Very disappointed in that.
