We called into this RV park and no less than 20 minutes we found a lug in our tire. We couldn’t make our reservation so within 1 hour of when we booked… we called and said we couldn’t make it. They charged us a $10.00 cancellation fee.. when I asked why? She said just standard policy. So much for grace and understanding. I could understand if we had made the reservations a month ago, but we had just called… this is why people are done with Rv parks.

Probbably the worst RV park I stayed in. I bought the water pressure regulator they sell in the office, bad quality ended up blowing my pipes leacking water, they would not take any responsability or stay behind product they sell, of course a cheap unbranded china part that overprice I think I paid $25 for it. Also my outlets one side of RV sttopped working, I reseted the GFCI, was about to call a technician, surprised when I hooked up in another RV park they worked. They don't have monthy rates, to up charge the customer, I think I paid about $1800 for a month and 4 days. They charged me the weekly automatic, when I mentioned I was leaving before the week end and ask a refund they didn't like it, then I need to extend 2 more days because of work, they told I could that I had to leave my site was already reserved, when I left that were plenty of empty sites. The owner is a grumpy lady, not polite or friendly at all. Try to avoid this place.

Great RV park for exploring old town Saint Charles. Park is very clean and grounds well manicured. We enjoyed our stop over and will stay longer next time.

We stopped here for two nights on our way to Niagara Falls. The lady ar the desk was very friendly and welcoming. The sites were super clean and level and easy to maneuver into with a 40 foot rig. There aren't a lot of amenities at the park, but there's a very nice rail to trail behind it with access to playgrounds and hiking/biking. The campground is also very close to the main streets in Old St Charles, which is amazing for shopping and dining.

Although this RV park is in the middle of an industrial area, it was exactly what we needed for a few days to explore the greater St Louis area. The check-in was easy, the staff was very professional. There is no shade, but the sites are concrete, full hookups, and very clean. The Katy Trail, Missouri River, and multiple parks are just outside the back gate. We rode our bikes for miles along the trail and it deserves its spot in the Rail Trail Hall of Fame. Along the trail to the right is the historic St Charles. Coffee shops, cafes, and restaurants are easy to access from the trail. Downtown St Louis is only 20 or 30 minutes away depending on traffic. There is a railway near the campground, but we were not bothered by train noise. Will stay here again.
