Nice area, highway can be a little noisy, but not too bad. Campground was nice (no gate shack so we parked in our site and the host came to us that evening).

We love camping at the peoples creek upper campground. We love the smaller campground and the ease of a pull through campsite.

Several of us camp together and we are always satisfied with the campground and the convenience of the keeping our boats at the sand beach. The showers are good and the park is clean and patrolled by the authorities on a regular basis. The buddy site was converted into a group site that is not eligible for a senior discount, I would like to see that site turned back into a buddy site.
