Lots of trees and shade. Loved listening to all the birds living in the tress. The RV park looked nice and had a concrete area with picnic table. Our site was not very level though. The nearby restrooms didn't have a mirror, which would have been nice. The hot tub was not functional and the pool was tiny and a little dirty.

I lived in this place for close to a year, it’s alright. I left because one lady from the management kept bothering us and fighting with my wife. We kept getting different treatment, I figured it was because I am black so I left. Aside from that, not a terrible place, could use better washer and driers. As well a an internet that works.

What a pleasant surprise! We had to change plans due to a spring snow storm on Donner's pass and they graciously refunded our camping fee in spite of their policy requiring 2 days notice. THAT IS AMAZING AND UNLIKE SO MANY OTHER CAMPGROUNDS I'VE STAYED AT WHO WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME ANYWAY. Thank you!!

The wifi signal is terrible!! (In Site 1, right next to the office!!) The dog park is small and has poop in it because owners don't clean up after their pets and clearly maintence doesn't bother with it either. The sites are not level, so bring leveling blocks. Also, be sure to use a pressure regulator. The showers are small and no way to adjust the shower head so the water isn't blasting you in the face the entire time. The girls in the office are kinda snooty. Overall, a pretty disappointing RV park for the price.

A very expensive parking lot.
Loud traffic noise. Bright lights. They advertise a pool and hot tub but not actually available. They also advertise a club house but you can only use if office is open which is rare. Dont waste your money. Finding a walmart parking lot would be better.
Gave two stars because they made booking and taking my money easy.
