It was great the campground were taken good care of the restrooms were clean however the road to the campground is very rocky and it was not wise for me to take my car up.

Widely spaced campsites with great privacy. Nice flat area for tent and separate area with fire pit and benches. Water source works great. Highly recommend. First part of the road up there is a little bumpy but no problem with 2WD and street tires.

From McGill, travel north on Highway 93 for 5 miles. Turn on State Route 486 and continue 8 miles on the paved road. Turn left on Forest Road 425, at the Timber Creek sign, and drive up the dirt road another 3 miles to the campground.
Timber Creek Campground is accessible via Highway 93, which is approximately 5 miles south of the campground. State Route 486 provides further access from Highway 93 to the campground.
