Las Vegas Motorcoach Resort

Extremely poor customer service and disorganized management. I booked RV lot #392, only to receive an email days later stating the lot had been sold and was no longer available. Shockingly, the email noted this was the second time they had to move my reservation due to their own scheduling errors.

When I called to cancel because they couldn't provide the lot I paid $893.15 for, the representative was incredibly rude. She initially tried to force me to take a 50% refund, claiming it was their policy—even though they were the ones canceling my original booking. It wasn't until she realized that I was within their 48-hour cancellation window that she finally agreed to a full refund, and then she abruptly hung up the phone on me.

Taking people's money for lots that are not in the rental program, refusing full refunds when you can't fulfill the contract, and hanging up on customers is unacceptable business behavior. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free vacation.

LVM Resort is a high-end motorcoach resort that offers excellent services, beautiful amenities, and excellent service. We rented #37 which was BEAUTIFULLY upgraded with a contemporary kitchen, built in grilling area and living room with gas fireplace. There was also a half bath. All were built with nice quality craftsmanship, high end granite counters and comfortable furniture. It was fully stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend this Resort & this spot!

There are a number of establishments that call themselves RV "resorts," but fall short of the true resort experience. Not the case here. LVMR is a true luxury experience, especially if you go for Gold or higher. From booking to security to the 5 (!) perfectly heated pools/spas, to the well-appointed spots themselves, you are sure to be thoroughly impressed by this exceptional Class A Motorhome resort. Thanks for a great stay. We'll be back!

We are full time rv traveler In our Big Red country coach for the last 5 years. This place is very elegant! we stayed 3 days in a silver space '7 way nice! really nice fitness place and free laundry! we didn't get to use the amenities but had a great time!

Had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well organized. Staff behavior was polite and helpful. Location is convenient and easy to find. Overall service was good for the price. Recommended for travelers looking for a decent stay.
