No water and every pit toilet had one door locked even though the campground was full. Made for lines/wait in the am. I asked rec.gov for a partial refund but they said those 2 things didn’t fit the requirement for any type of compensation for the inconvenience-Just an FYI.
Not all sites have pavilions- almost all sites are level. The campground is very clean. Little to no cell service.

What is the reason for requiring a minimum of two nights for group site reservations at Red Rock Canyon Campground? The practical effect of this policy is to restrict access.
If Recreation.gov is going to accept payments from customers for facilities at which water is generally provided, it is your responsibility to ensure that water is in fact available.

Campsite rangers were organized and readily available if we had questions. Walk-In sites aren't really that far of a walk. Bathrooms are spotless clean. Would be nice to have a sheltered communal cooking area as the desert gets very windy and it can be challenging to cook!
