It's peaceful, quiet and has security. There are $1 washer and dryers, shower facilities, pool, jacuzzi and community room with books and dvds

I called to check availability, and I was told they do not accept converted vans, only RVs. However, I had been there previously and the girl in front desk told me if the van had a shower, bathroom, and separate fresh water and gray water tanks, it would be acceptable. At that time, they simply did not have availability.

I called again a week later and was told they could not accept my van. I explained what I had been told before, and she said they did not have availability—even though at the beginning of the call they said they did have availability, which is why they asked what type of RV I had. Then they abruptly hung up on me.

Terrible customer service. I don’t understand how they hire people who don’t know how to treat customers or deal with the public. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this place.

An amazing place to stay.. affordable with great bathrooms and showers and a pool and laundry facilities and Cookie up at the main office is a sweetheart and will get you taken care of…

I love it here because its very nice and inexpensive. But from my experience so far Im having are neighbors behind me are getting to comfortable not respecting my property after asking nicely to please avoid wetting the back side of my rv, i work hard for my things, Mind you my storage door is already getting stuck and its full of hard water spots from neighbors keep spraying it.

Okay for one night as Vegas lacks of good and affordable options. We arrived before noon and got the last site which location was quite good to us. They seem to be maxed out with permanents. Road Bear RV is right accross the street. Didnt use the pool, sunchairs or wash rooms.
