Silver City RV (Age Restricted 55+)

No one is commenting on The overwhelming amount of Percs / oxy that is sold out of this place.. I've literally seen summerlin dental employees wearing work clothes purchasing.

One of the best parks in Vegas if not, the best it’s very humble and peaceful. Bobby, the manager is super informative and a nice guy. Any problems in the park and he always makes sure to prioritize it. Do not have any complaints about my lot or the park whatsoever. Will be planning on staying here for years.

The manager Robert is Awesome!!! Very helpful and willing to give anyone chance, as long as they dont seem like trouble. They're restrictions on the RV year are alot easier as well, as long as you keep up on the quality of your rig. There is even someone here with a pop up camper as well. My Rv is a 1984 but very well maintained and i had no problem getting approved here. It's very clean overall and the residents are friendly but still give you enough space to enjoy your privacy as well. I went to the Riviera Rv place first and they seemed very rude, judgemental, and unhelpful. First they said yes when I sent the pictures of my rv to someone named Chris, only to get turned away when I got there.

I lived here for almost an entire year and never had any issues. Robert, the property manager, is the nicest and most mild mannered guy ever! Super approachable and very understanding. The park is very quiet and in the back you can't even hear the road sounds, which I loved. Robert keeps it nice and tidy! My neighbor Bill was very friendly and just as helpful as Bobby was, lending me a hand whenever I needed help with anything. I would recommend this park for anyone coming to Vegas with their RV!

I’ve been living here for a few months now and Robert and his wife Leona are amazing managers of this quiet property! The laundry room is well maintained, Robert regularly landscapes making sure weeds don’t grow, and he’s helped out multiple times with things we needed to fix, from hook ups to backing in the travel trailer. Any time I’ve needed to contact management, Robert has been readily available, so communication is awesome. Great location, super close to downtown, nice neighbors and it’s safe, too!
