Saddle West RV Park

I have this hotel a great review before but now I must share small details
The towels fell like sand paper, they do not offer toiletries at all, just a bar of soap. Standard rooms do not have fridge or coffee machines.
The ones that do will give you a very bad coffee and a very simple empty fridge.
There's complimentary coffee by the reception desk and some vending machines with limited offers.
The restaurant has a very short menu, mostly burgers and a couple of salads. The buffet is rarely open

Stayed in the RV park for memorial day. Was a great price for a week, not alot of amenities but I enjoyed it, alot of space between campers, there is a nice laundry accessible. Check in was easy and I found staff to be friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stop here again with no hesitation. I enjoy lot parking my rig and not necessarily being in the middle of little neighborhoods of permanent residents because I find they tend to be calmer and less issues with people wandering around and in and out at all hours.

We are staying in the Saddle West RV Resort, RV Park for 1 night. We had pulled in with our coach and Toad in front of South side of casino. I walked to the other side to Hotel check in, where we were greeted and checked on for RV park. Luckily you can drive around back of casino and into north hotel parking lot and then into the RV park. Easy! Friendly, fast check-in, didn't need a reservation. Casino is very nice and you can take a short stroll to get from RV park to casino and food.

The bedding was clean. The floor still had food from the previous guests, the remote needed replaced. The back didn't stay on so the batteries kept falling out. The toilet clogged often and ran continuously. The pool was out of service which was disappointing to my child. The bed felt like it was a box spring? Very uncomfortable.

I had a "guaranteed late check in." I drove there after a trade show ended in southern California, arriving at 2:30 am. Front desk was closed with a sign "closed 12 - 7 am." Security tried to help, but nothing had been left at the front desk referencing my reservation, and hotel policies forbade them from doing anything other than look to see if the front desk staff had left it and a key out for me. They had not. Apparently somewhere in the online reservation I made, I agreed to check in before 11:30 pm...I guess I'll have to read all the disclosures and pages of fine print every time I make a reservation at a non-national-brand place. I'd stayed there about 7 years ago, and it wasn't bad then. I'll never stay again after this experience. Got a nice room at 3:30 am at the Holiday Inn just down the street. Save yourself the aggravation and stay anywhere other than here.
