Super peaceful, amazingly beautiful, and the site was in perfect shape with great amenities. Grill, picnic table, and a raised flat area for pitching your tent. My cabin tent is 10' x 7' and there was plenty of room to spare. Can't recommend Angel Creek enough and can't wait to go back.

Nice quiet campsite with a water pump to access water. It was great for an overnight stop on our way to Yellowstone.

Got to my campsite just before sunset (in the middle of July), by which time it had cooled down enough to be comfortable. The mountains to the west provide shade in the evening, but it warms up quickly in the morning. The campsite was great, the only downside was people at the group site had music playing loudly until late (I guess 10pm is the quiet time, so they were observing the rules, still it was annoying).

I keep coming back. The weather is sort of hit or miss this time of year, but we got lucky. Nice campground. Clean amenities. No cows. Someone must have fixed the fence. Lots of great birding just around the campground.

We have camped several times at Angel Creek and found that we especially love it. The water, the clean toilets, and the pleasant sites despite some drought affected aspen make this a great place to camp.
