We stayed at this tiny house for my birthday, and unfortunately, it turned into a very disappointing experience.

Even though we booked through Airbnb and had a confirmation code, we were not provided with the entrance code. We had to contact the host in the middle of our day and spent about 30–45 minutes trying to resolve the issue, which was very frustrating.

When we finally entered the unit, we found multiple spider webs throughout the space. We understand that being in nature and in a wooden structure can mean occasional insects, but this clearly looked like the room had not been cleaned before our arrival.

On top of that, when we lifted the blanket, we saw that the sheets were covered in hair. There were many long and short hairs all over the bed, which made the stay feel very unhygienic and uncomfortable.

We requested a partial refund multiple times, but it was denied each time. The only solution the host offered was leaving clean sheets in front of the door around 8–9 PM. Unfortunately, this was not a solution for me. On one of the most special nights of my year, I had to change the sheets myself. Even having to deal with this was very frustrating and disappointing.

Overall, this was not the experience we expected, especially for a special occasion stay.

This is perfect for a weekend getaway from Boston for people who like being in the woods but love the modern conveniences of city life. Cabins are cute, well equipped. Katie was communicative and we had no issues with the our cabin. Loved how they had the campfire setup ready to go. Only needed to light the fire started to get it going!

Absolutely incredible. One of the coolest Marriott stays we've ever had. We were there 28-30 Oct. Leaves were still nice even if past peak. We had a 7 and 4 year old who both loved it! Nicole was always available to answer our questions via text. Can't stress enough how much fun we had. I advise showing up with more firewood and ice if you want it.

Place is a total scam, the "cabins" are just dinky trailers. You get maybe 5 minutes to take a hot shower before it becomes ice cold, the trailers are within 20 - 30 feet of other people's trailers so you have absolutely no privacy and basically have to keep the windows closed 90% of the time, the complimentary "smores" they provide gave my wife food poisoning. Amongst everything; Marriott was completely useless in customer service and refused to acknowledge the issues I had and refused to provide even a partial refund for the stay, plus had the audacity to say "Well you paid for a cabin in the woods and thats what you got". If you're going to pay the cost per night, do yourself a favor and put it towards another retreat that actually provides better service.

This was such a fantastic fall getaway! Our site was almost completely private being at the end of a small cul-de-sac. We knew that we had neighbors but it still felt that we had our own private oasis. The cabins are tiny & quaint but have all the necessities, plus it invites you to spend more time outdoors. The bed was very comfortable but could use more cozy blankets. The heat & a/c worked really well, the water was hot when needed & the snacks were a nice touch

We felt very relaxed while there & look forward to returning. The communication & customer service was friendly & very efficient.
