Great local state park to explore. Roads unpaved.
Lots of wasps and bees around Tower.
Round lake so beautiful, definitely will be back there.
I was using "AllTrails" app, it was so helpful not to get lost in the woods

Very nice state park near the NH/ME border. We were here in the off-season and tent camped one night. The sites are far enough apart to offer a little privacy, they each have a picnic table, and a fire ring. Where we were the bathroom/showers were newly renovated and very nice. There is potable water nearby and the lake is crystal clear. Someone told me that they have some MTB trails here, there are definitely some hiking trails.

Fun gateway about an hour from Boston. Water activities are available as well. There are some decent hikes as well. The campsites seem to be well managed. We went in for kayaking, kayaks are kinda old but functional regardless. Only one staff designated for kayaking. There was no one to help with disembarking the kayak. Some older folks were having trouble due to it.

Absolutely a wonderful stay. Very good pricing, beautiful campsites right by the water. Camp store with anything you would need. Very friendly staff :). We had a great time !
