Cozy Pond Camping Resort is a well-maintained campground that has seen significant improvements under new ownership, with friendly and accommodating owners, Joe and Liz. The camp offers a variety of activities for kids, a well-stocked camp store, and clean facilities, including a sandy beach and new 50A service. Some guests noted issues with gate access and spacing between sites, but overall, the positive experiences and hospitality overshadow these concerns.

We stayed in our Class A for two nights in mid-October 2024. The owner was gracious and helpful. the grounds were clean, quiet and well kept. There is a sandy beach at the small pond. The 50A service is all brand new. The owners are all but rebuilding this park; and the work quality is excellent. Right now there's only one bath house and a small 2-unit laundry for $4 W&D; but the machines work fine. They are planning a second, new bath house for the 2025 season. We would recommend this park and would be happy to stay here again.

Cozy Pond Campground is a amazing! From the first interaction with the owner Joe I let him know I was building a home and needed a seasonal site which they had none left. Joe went out of his way for me and my family without even knowing us. He accommodated us by making an awesome site work for the whole season. Even willing to make the September and October months tentative due to us not knowing exactly when our home will be finished. I can't express my gratitude within the kindness of Joe and Liz (owners) the campground is wonderful from the overall layout to all the fun activities. It is clean and well cared for. Everyone you meet here is friendly and respectful. I would recommend this campground to anyone! The hospitality and kindness from the time you walk in to the store to check in. From the owners right down to the staff it has been a great experience couldn't ask for nicer people. You can tell they genuinely care about giving a great, safe, clean camping experience. Very low pressure and relaxing thanks for everything!

Kind of wondering why your website has different times of operation from your answering machine. Very inconvenient when you need to leave or come back to the campground and the gate is shut. I tried picking up a family member and not only had to walk quite a distance but make several trips because you cage your customers like prisoners. I’m disabled so walking was a huge challenge for me. I really wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone regardless of how nice the people or place is. You shouldn’t lock people in or out without some form of access like a keypad or card.

I love this campsite. I know back in the days people said it wasn’t very nice, but the new owners, Joe and Liz, have really improved the campsite and keep improving every time we come back.

Cozy Pond is perfect for kids. They have so many things to do for them and the pools are absolutely amazing.

It seems like a nice campground, spots seem a bit close together. The camp store is really well stocked, plus they have a dump station for passing RV's.
