The campground is beautiful but it’s the people who make it special. What sets them apart is how much the staff genuinely care about their guests. They went above and beyond to make sure our family was safe during severe weather.
Riverside campsites, clean bathrooms and showers, family friendly, lots of activities. This was our second visit- looking forward to coming back again and again.

It's important to note that we, two adults and 2 year old dog, booked our site for 30 nights. The hosts/owners are so nice. Twice a day, they'd drive by to wave and check-in. So sweet. My dodo bird of a dog always sang to them but they engaged anyways. They brought us a half cord of wood +. They allowed us access to the ice cooler on an honor system that we did in fact honor. When the rains came, they offered to move us to higher ground. We dried out but went back to our original site. What a lovely place, run by wonderful people. We saw a deer, a snapping turtle, and spent many days with Lady Turkey. The tent sites are envy worthy. I think R5 was my favorite and I have never been so envious to not be a tent camper anymore. While a smidge out of town, this campground is worth checking out. Check the weather if you're booking a tent site on the river. Some Friday nights have races at the track next store. Not intolerable but not awesome. All in all, we loved our stay and highly recommend them!

It’s been 15 years since we’ve camped at Pine Haven, and we can see the hard work and upgrades that have gone into the campground since then.
Here’s what we noticed and will keep us coming back (we’ve stayed 7 nights in the past 2 weeks):
* River sites - all are level, well draining, and most have water/electric. Some sites even offer a lot of privacy.
* Bathroom - is beautiful (look at the pics), fully done with wood interior & coin operated showers. A 4 minute warm shower was the perfect amount of time for this girl!
* River/Pool - Cooling off in the river or pool are great luxuries to have on a hot weekend.
* Entertainment - the hosts had a fun packed weekend with bingo, live band, food truck, and more.
* Customer Service - my emails were replied to quickly, the customer service (Haley & others) in the store was friendly & happy even on a hot, humid, busy holiday weekend.
* Restaurants - if you’re looking for good meals we loved La Familia for Mexican and North Station Diner (eggs benedict was phenomenal) for breakfast.
We will definitely be back!!!

My wife and our 3 kiddos stayed for a couple of nights (had to pack up early for nothing that had to do with our stay). It was great we were walking distance to the pool, bathroom and one of 3 parks. The staff were super friendly and more than welcoming! Tent camping is a little rough because of the tree roots and random rocks but if you have an air mattress your golden. We really enjoyed our stay with them... The kids LOVED the pool and the fact that the parks were so close. There is a smaller creek where they could play in as well. Overall a great stay! Thanks a bunch for having us.

Me and my family stayed at this campground from 7/31 to 8/3 and the camp site we were going to stay at had no electric and no water these are off the grid camping but I moved my family and I up 1 camp site to an electric and water site and it was perfect! The reservation was quick and professional. Location was great. Campground has a basketball court, dog park, softball field, pedal go karts. They are fun but they are a work out. Prices in the store are reasonable. My family and I will be returning next year! You want a camp ground where there are spaced out sites and people this is your campground!
