Ponderosa Campground

This was my very first experience camping. And I am so glad I chose Ponderosa campgrounds. What a wonderful experience. The rooms were spotless, Everything around the campgrounds was spotless, The staff was super friendly. Got the exact cabin I wanted in the exact location I wanted. The little hooves was so adorable. The price was excellent. Plenty of things to do for both Children and adults and pets. I will definitely be back and I will definitely recommend this campground to friends and family. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Ponderosa is a beautiful, family friendly, quiet, centrally located campground! We enjoyed our stay immensely! We stayed in a cabin Sunday-Friday and enjoyed the AC, hot showers, pool and quiet nights. We had our 2 small children and loved that we were able to bring our 2 dogs as well. The drive is short to Avalon beach and other local hotspots as well (wildwood 20ish minutes, cape may 30ish minutes). Everyone was very friendly and accommodating!

This is such a nice campground it was our first time here. Very clean . And staff is awesome. We had to change room cause the cabin next to us had a dog that barked the entire time. But our second cabin was awesome. Pool was clean and the little farm was so sweet especially beebee. Close to Avalon beach only two miles away.All and all I loved it there

Ponderosa campground is amazing!!! Big shout out to Kari for helping my husband and myself out on short notice, Kari made my 25th anniversary a weekend to remember. The cabin was perfect, location couldn't be at a better place. Everyone at the front desk were friendly and loaded with lots of info about the area. The area surrounding the campground is beautiful everything you need is 4 mi or less . I didn't get to the pool but I did make it to the farm and had the pleasure of meeting Hank, BeBee and some goats , chicken's. The best part of the campground is that it's pet friendly and as long as your fur baby is crated or in a fence you can leave to go to the many beaches and boardwalks , shopping, that are just minutes away. I had so much fun there I cried on my way out just couldn't bare to leave. Thank you Ponderosa campground for such a wonderful time and making some great memories , we'll be back to make some more.🙋☮️❤️

We had an amazing 3-night stay at ponderosa campground! The cabin was comfortable, and the entire campground had such a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always pleasant to interact with, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Our kids absolutely loved the Christmas in July festivities—it was such a fun and unique experience that created wonderful family memories. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and we truly enjoyed every minute of our visit.
We can’t wait to come back and make even more memories. Highly recommend this campground to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing family getaway!
