LLA Sun Retreats Cape May Wildwood is praised for its family, kid, and dog-friendly atmosphere, with well-maintained facilities and a welcoming community. Many guests enjoy the amenities like the pool and lake, though tent campers may face challenges such as long walks to sites and bug issues. We absolutely love it here! The management really puts a lot of work and care into maintaining the place and making sure that it is comfortable and accommodating for all guests. We are completely at ease when we come here. We love the community and the fact that it is family, kid, and dog-friendly. ❤️

My step dad and my mom used to take the family here every summer. The parties and arcade and snack stand. We had great summers there. We have only been back one time since my step father passed. I'm looking at cabins now, It has been at least 5 yrs since we have been back. My son is 12. Times are crazy and I just want to slow down and I think he is going to love just like I did.

The campground has a lot of amenities, however, if you want to tent camp be prepared to do a lot of walking to get there. The pool is close to the tent sites, but it was packed with the people and family members that are year-round campers. If you want to get to the lake be prepared to hike or rent one of their golf carts as there’s no car parking by the lake. The campground is definitely not a tent focused campground, our site had a huge pile of leaves that was a breeding grounding for bugs and made it impossible to sit outside and enjoy our time. We attempted to have a fire on the second night but our group only lasted about ten minutes before the bug bites were just unbearable. We came home covered in bug bites. I paid extra for a site with water and electric and the water came out milky white so we didn’t use it to wash our dishes or cook anyway. All in all it’s not a terrible campground, but for having to pay almost $300 for two nights of tent camping and not be able to sit outside or enjoy our time made the stay less than desirable. If you have an RV I would highly recommend this campground, but if you’re in a tent and want to enjoy the outdoors, I’d advise to pick a different campground.

been coming here since before i was born , its honestly the best, pool and lake easy access and beautiful view of lake during sunset/rise, cleaning lady's in bathroom like every night, only complaint is bugs but its a campsite surrounded by woods so cant complain!

Campsite and resort amenities were great. Only issue was with management of the office when it came to reserving a golf cart. I reserve the golf course months in advanced, but when I showed up on checking day, I was told one wasn’t available because some of them weren’t running or some other excuse. I asked what was the point of the reservation . They didn’t have an answer. Personally, I think they just overbooked and instead of holding carts for those who had reservations first it was first come first serve. I get this, but it would have been nice to have received a phone call prior to check-in. The manager didn’t seem overly concerned about making this right and said they would refund my money. And then everything would be fine. Their manager did allow me to call an outside vendor to reserve another cart, which took more time than it should have. They should’ve done this for me if they had great customer service, but I wasn’t able to secure a golf cart until the next day. That was only possible because the golf cart vendor was nice enough as they require 24 hours notice. They did offer me a free bag of ice or a bag of firewood, but I don’t think that concession was worth the inconvenience and frustration. Perhaps a small voucher for another future stay would’ve made it right but they didn’t seem to care.
