Would highly recommend to never shop here. I understand I bought a used trailer but with the problems it came with should’ve been taken care of before hand and noticed with a minor inspection. Paid for demo and removal of old trailer and room that was on the property. They left broken glass and debris all over the ground. Water lines leaking all over on the inside black tank completely filled with previous owners waste and god knows what else was in there. Major leak on the roof. And when asked to come look at the plumbing issues I was told it would be 249$. And that was just 3 days after they delivered it. Buyer beware they only care about taking your money then after that they want to nickel and dime you after paying them a large sum of money.
Answer to your reply:
The first time I called was March 28th with the issue of the leaking water line and that is when I was told it would cost me $249 just to come out and look at it. That was the first time I seen the new setup after being delivered and found the leaking water line.
The following weekend I called in April about the drain issue and that was the first time I used the water to noticed the blockage. Black tank was completely filled and backed up which should’ve been seen in a minor inspection. And for the debris and glass left behind I’m sure the demo team will walk around and zoom in on all the glass and shingles debris that was everywhere. I’ve spent an additional $2000 on fixing problems that should’ve never been an issue!
You point out the issue of the debris but failed to address the all the other issues I mentioned. If you as a business want to make this right you know how to contact me.

Locked out of my trailer yesterday and no one around had the key that worked on my trailer. So I took a 30 minute drive to driftwood on the off chance that they might have the right key for my trailer that’s where I met Tom and parts and service. He seemed eager to help me, but when he checked his main set of keys, he did not have the right key. He did not want to give up so he brought out a box filled with hundreds of keys and together we sat there and looked through all of them for the right key number. Out of 200 keys none of them were the right one. I felt defeated, but grateful that he was willing to go to such lengths to help me. He said he had one more place he wanted to check so as I sat there looking through one more box, he went into the back and all the sudden I heard him yell out my key number! Because of his persistence, he found the right key and I was able to get into my trailer. I’m so grateful for his willingness to be so helpful. I also got to leave with a 30 ounce Tumbler just for leaving a review which I would have done anyway because I was so impressed and grateful. Even though this was my first experience with Driftwood. It is clear that they go above and beyond to help their customers and that to me is what sales and customer service is all about

Lauren at Driftwood RV was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient with first time RV buyers. She took the time to answer all our questions. Offered us drinks and snacks. Was transparent with on modifications we wanted to make on our travel trailer. We recommend Lauren at Driftwood RV Center.

I had an incredible experience here. I walked in wanting to see a new camper. I was shown the model I had my eye on for a while. Vickie walked me through the camper. The camper was perfect and we decided to purchase it. The buying experience was excellent. Craig helped me get to the perfect number for my finances. I could not be happier with my experience. And I will definitely be buying my future RVs there. Highly recommend going to Driftwood RV if your in the market for your first or next RV. I can't speak highly enough of the experience I had.

We bought a new travel trailer from Ken at Driftwood and had the best experience from start to finish. They were super transparent, got us the best deal possible, and made sure we walked away happy. Today we did our walkthrough with Phil and feel like experts. He took his time to explain every feature to us and make sure we were comfortable and ready for our first camping trip this weekend. I can’t recommend Driftwood enough!
