It’s truly a shame how poorly the customer service has gone down at this location. It’s become a money grab to charge the maximum with the lowest level of service. They are literally double what other nicer Jellystone campgrounds are. Once Ed left, it’s gone downhill. We planned to book a trip here and I booked it online. I was going to book two more for May & July with multiple other regular customers but our large group decided not to do the trip in April with no amenities open and how little the staff does for activities at this location compared to others. There have been break ins and other issues while staying there that were never addressed properly last year. I truly hope someone at corporate can take a look at what other seasonal and regular consistent people are saying that used to book 6+ trips a year. This location lost me and many other regular campers for life. I made the reservation called and asked for a refund so I could book somewhere else and then was getting ready to book our May and June trips when I was told they were keeping $25 for cancelling in April. That’s 3 months away. No mention of crediting it towards the upcoming trips or any help. Just yeah that’s the policy. If you have loyal customers that always spend thousands a year at your campground, there should be some level of loyalty returned. They have a “we don’t need you” attitude and it’s going to cost you the volume of continuous business in the long run. Talk to the seasonals when you go, they will tell you how bad it’s turned. How there are many issues with theft and fights. My son had boys bullying him (he’s autistic) and they didn’t see me standing there while they pushed him and took his toy. Again, that wasn’t addressed either. We truly loved coming to this park and will never go again. I also have spoken with many people who have said how bad it’s been their past trips and will not go again either. There is a reason that there are so many open spots regularly there during prime season

Was a seasonal here for 2 years. The prices are outrageous for everything. It’s not even enjoyable from sun up until about 6pm when all of the day pass/swim membership people leave. The place gets so insanely packed. On top of that, there were issues with squirrels that ruined our camper. When we asked for a refund for our seasonal stay, they said no. Understand there are policies in place but when you have creatures ruining property and you aren’t doing anything about it, what else are we supposed to do. They definitely knew there was a squirrel issue as well because we caught a few pest control people there. They do not keep up on maintaining the camp site grounds. That’s up to the people at that spot which for the price they’re charging, is ridiculous. Just was not a fan. There’s many other campgrounds that are in much better condition, cost less and aren’t as insanely crowded. This place could be nice with some upgrades including friendlier staff, more hands on maintence of the grounds, upgrade the playgrounds, restrict the amount of day passes etc (ESP ON A HOLIDAY!!!), clean up the camp sites, offer more amenities or don’t charge for every single thing (kids laser tag etc).

We always have a wonderful weekend here. Aaliyah was super helpful with accommodating us with last minute sheets and towels!! She was our saving grace for our latest trip here. The cabins and grounds are also always very clean.

We had an amazing trip for our first time at Jellystone! Very clean and safe, kids had a blast and made some core memories! Especially with DJ Dave and Cody! Taking the kids to two nights of a dance party is something they will never forget! Our daughter found her confidence this weekend and got up to sing and dance in front of a whole crowd! Truly special and I couldn’t say more about DJ Dave and Cody! They made our weekend so special!

Aaliyah and Jazlynn are such amazing housekeepers!!!! They did such an amazing job on our deluxe canal!! When me and my family walked into the cabin it smelled like fall. Great cabin experience ever!!!!! Managers Leslie Dawn , and Daniel do such and amazing job with managing the park. They are very soft spoken, and are very great at their job. Store, Carmen the store supervisor does such and amazing job at keeping the store clean, and keeping the fridge restocked, and you can tell that she is a very hard worker. Food, Carmella and Avery do such a great job at making sundaes and having a beautiful presentation with handing them to me and my family they are very hard workers. I had one of the greatest expos my life at this park, and I recommend that people and their family come here because that would have a very great experience. I’m so proud and I would totally come here again!!!!!!!!
