Beautiful location and very quiet. Only downside was that pit toilets were extremely full and smelled terrible and the campground host didn’t seem to be around. We didn’t see them the entire 3 days we were there. Very nice campground and spaces and spread out.

Do not pick this site if rain, other than drizzle, is forecast. Typical monsoon evening rain totally flooded this site with no place for tent. Had to abandon.

Very nice site. Only drawback is other campers traipsing through to collect firewood.
Campground in general doesn’t appear well cared for in this regard:
Overflowing garbage, toilets not cleaned - bring your own toilet paper.
Found it interesting that there seems to be total disregard for preventing bear encounters - overflowing garbage, ice chests etc left out by many campers.
Wish the information regarding which loops were generator free was updated to current year.
Be careful which site you choose as many were totally flooded after heavy rain.
Would definitely return again knowing in advance what to expect from general site.

Spacious, clean and tranquil campsites. We enjoyed hiking local trails and visiting Valle Caldera.

Love the campground!!! This is our 3rd time staying there. The only problem was someone took our spot the first night. He said he did not know it was reserved because the sign was not up to date. The camp host did put us in another spot for the night.

We love Jemez Springs. Campground was very clean but it looked like the trash dumpster had not been recently dumped. Otherwise—perfect!
