Great place to park in the city. 30/50 amp hookups but no dump station or water hookups. 2 private bathrooms with nice showers.

This place was very accommodating to a parade float we needed to store during the week of Earth Day! Beautiful views and great communication.

I stayed for a week in mid April and LOVED the location! It is tucked away on a sleepy street, and for being in the heart of a major city, it was fairly quiet at night. The on site bathrooms (WITH SHOWERS 🎉) were clean and functional but not the most glamorous design. But they got the job done. The WiFi was reliable and fairly fast. It is such a treat to be able to stay in my own van in the heart of the city - I can’t wait to come back and stay for even longer next time

A great home base for van lifers, RVers, or those with rooftop tents who want to explore NYC.
The bathrooms were clean, the waterfront views are incredible. It’s located in Greenpoint, so lots of great food and entertainment within walking distance.

Well located with lots to do within walking distance. Great option to stay in Brooklyn! Rest rooms are not luxury but in working order and good water pressure.
