Stetson's Tumble Hill Campground

This campground should be the model for how a campground is run and kept! It is truly a hidden gem. The small touches you see throughout are very tasteful. Lisa & Joey have a beautiful piece of property. The sites are clean and spacious. We were greeted with a smile by Lisa in the office and Joey was available to show us to our site. There was a fun bonfire on Saturday night of our stay and we met such nice people and had great conversations. This is a reflection of just how nice a place this is to camp at. They promote a quit and relaxing atmosphere. I can only hope that we run across other campgrounds as welcoming and beautiful in our future travels. We will definitely be back, as Lisa will be a published author and she will need to sign my copy of her book!

If you are looking for peace and quiet and some time with nature this is your place! It is a little known gem in a little town in Cohocton NY. It’s south of Rochester NY in the Finger Lakes area of Western NY. This campground is vast with lots of hiking trails and a ton of different accommodations - RV sites with full hookup, tent sites that are nice and remote, beautiful cabin rentals with water and power with ac units, rv rentals and just lovely grounds. It would be ideal for an outdoor corporate getaway or family reunion with the nice gazebo close to the club house. The owners do an amazing job of making guests feel welcome and maintain the property wonderfully. The bathroom/shower facilities are immaculate. It is close to Canandaigua lake for shopping and boating. I highly recommend this lovely hidden gem!

I stayed in the Deer cabin. I was expecting a quite evening till the fireflies showed up and lit up the night. What a hidden gem. I definitely recommend staying in either the deer cabin or the bear cabin. They are both wonderful and quite.

Beautiful campground with spacious tree lined lots for privacy. Bathrooms/showers need updating. Its a steep, winding dirt entrance and exit, be very cautious in large motorhomes.

100% HIGHLY recommend camping here! Reasonable pricing, friendly owners who actually want to make your stay the best they can, very clean and the sites are spaced out enough to give you seclusion. Greatly maintained. If you are looking for a quick quiet getaway, this is definitely the place. We are going to look into booking a couple dates for next year and bringing the family this time!!!!!!
