Catskill Conestoga Wagon Outpost

We booked this campground through Airbnb, and it is by far one of my favorite campgrounds I have ever stayed at. I am an avid camper, and this place truly impressed me. The entire property is incredibly clean and well-maintained. We stayed in the Western Cabin, which was spotless and beautifully decorated with all kinds of cool western memorabilia.

The bathrooms are perfectly located, never far from any site, and are updated, modern, and just as clean as the rest of the campground. I loved seeing the air-conditioning unit in the bathroom, which was such a thoughtful touch. The cabins and wagons also have A/C, which was a lifesaver for my friend.

Our Western Cabin had a great layout and decor, a spacious fire ring for cozy nights, and comfortable Adirondack chairs. The picnic table was spotless, and the picnic area itself was perfectly maintained. I especially loved the kettle-style barbecue. I had never seen one before, and now I want one for myself.

The scenery here is stunning. Sitting by the fire at night, surrounded by nature, was so peaceful. The owners are incredibly kind, quick to respond to questions, and even delivered firewood right to our site.

Overall, this was an incredible experience, five stars across the board. We absolutely will be back, and next time we are trying the Pioneer Wagon because it looked amazing.
