We booked a weekend here as the website appeared to show a nice campground. Upon arriving however it was quite the opposite. The campground looks like it hasn't been kept in years, weeds everywhere and derelict buildings. In fact, if it wasnt for the people walking around, it seemed post apocalyptic with decades old decaying rvs in some cases sitting in spots with eviction notices. The bathrooms hadn't been cleaned in who knows how long with overflowing toilets and feces on the floor.
When booking the site, I booked one to accommodate our rv with a slide out and was promised a personal campfire ring. When arriving to our site it was too small to even accommodate even a tent without overlapping into the neighboring sites. We tried to contact the empty office, only to find the number provided on the reservation paperwork they gave us incorrect. Without being able to contact anyone in the office we had no choice but to set up best we could for the evening to wait till morning to resolve the issue. The neighbor site returned, hostile for us to leave as they did not like us being there resulting in an hour long discussion (mainly them yelling at us) to leave at once. We did the next morning, the office would not refund us the remainder of our money even though nothing they promised online was indeed true.
Maybe this campground was once nice. Unfortunately that is not the case anymore as nobody seems to have cared about it for quite some time. Save your money and do not book this for any type of relaxing or accommodating stay.

Absolutely disgusting bathrooms. Both available bathrooms had 2/3 toilets clogged and full of waste and one bathroom had raw sewage all over the floor. The smell was atrocious. We tried giving the benefit of the doubt but after 4 days of nobody cleaning the bathrooms and the raw sewage staying on the ground it was clear they don’t have much maintenance. It’s advertised each tent site has a fire ring and picnic table. Ours had neither. We actually had to move our fire ring from another area so we could have a fire. It’s sad this place has so much potential but is wasting it. The picture is from a overflowed toilet with a wad of paper towels used to half hazard “clean” it up.

I can see how once upon a time, this was a nice campground. Alas, that was likely years ago. The place is a run down dump. The bathrooms are filthy, and there are cigarette butts littering the ground. The entire place over by the opry barn smells like sewage.
There was a large crowd of obviously drunk seasonal campers there Saturday night playing music so loudly it rattled the windows and scared my dog.
There are zero attractions or draws to this place, and it is poorly maintained. I will be leaving early tomorrow and won't visit here again. There are plenty of wonderful campgrounds in the finger lakes at a variety of price points, don't waste your time with this one.

Beware! Overall, the physical site of the campground needs updating but isn't horrible. There is potential here. BUT...I have been reaching out to Ty Marshall repeatedly to obtain a partial refund due to computer problems on their end (at least that was one of the excuses I received). He apparently heads the board but is ignoring my emails which included receipts showing the discrepancy. They accepted payment for services that they did not provide and now refuse to respond to me. It is not OK to steal money from patrons. It is sad to see a place that could be an excellent venue ruin their reputation for $45. I truly wish I could have posted a positive review since I so wanted to support this endeavor.

Absolute great time staying here. Wendy hooked us up and everyone is so, so nice. Enjoyed the craft fair and the other guests. We wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you, we will be back!!
