We had such an incredible time here. Very cute and clean. Staff was very kind to us as well. We tried the pizza and it was delicious. The Little Free Library is a nice added touch. If anything, I'd touch up the bathrooms, but it wasn't bad at all. Make sure to bring a USB cable to charge your devices. Can't wait to come back! :)

We hired Terra Glamping to install 17 tents and string lighting for our wedding in September 2025. We had a truly HORRIBLE experience working with this company. They left our property without finishing installation and did not tell us, even though we were on site the entire time. The string lighting we paid to have installed was left in a pile on the ground, and our bridal suite tent was left without any stakes in the ground, and with the doors wide open (could not be joined or zipped closed). They left another tent without the front A-frame poles, causing it to slump and let rainwater in...another tent had broken zippers, etc etc. We immediately informed the company's owner of these issues less than an hour after she left our property; however, she did not respond until the following morning. By morning, 5 of the 17 tents had flooded with rainwater (after less than 0.5" of rain had fallen), despite the company marketing the tents as "waterproof...and able to withstand high winds" (we have this in writing, as we explicitly asked about the waterproof nature of the tents before signing our contract). We walked around and surveyed all the tents, finding that they had been installed with insufficient tension to the guy lines, causing the fabric of these tents to slump and in some cases lay on the ground. Water seeped in and there were huge puddles under the rugs. When we were finally able to reach the owner on the phone Thursday morning, we asked that she send someone back to finish installation, but she was unwilling to do this. Instead, she promised us a partial refund. HOWEVER, WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THE COMPANY 8-9 TIMES SINCE OUR WEDDING, AND THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED, NOR HAVE THEY ISSUED THIS REFUND (IT HAS BEEN OVER 2 MONTHS). Do not work with this company, it is not worth the risk!!! We had to spend an entire day of our wedding weekend finishing installation ourselves and fixing/drying out tents. We experienced extreme distress, as we didn't know where our guests were going to sleep. We had to house some of our guests on the floor/couches of my mother's house and we also had to pay out of pocket to rent a large Airbnb to house additional guests. Truly horrible experience.

Do yourself a favor and find a different company. I had a very negative experience with this company, to say the least. I will spare the details, but the company did not deliver on the promises set out in our contract with them. The owner was very apologetic over the phone, promising a refund and ensuring us that the situation would be rectified. When the dust settled and we got around to emailing to receive our refund, no response. We have emailed them at least 7 or 8 times over the course of several months, and not one single response. We went with this company because they were so nice and kind at the beginning, but don’t let that fool you. They only want your money, and seemingly don’t care about your experience with the glamping tents.

They had no problem engaging with the credit card company when we filed a chargeback request, requesting a refund for services not delivered on. But of course, when it comes to responding to us and our email correspondence, radio silence. I want to emphasize here that we have been nothing but cordial in all of our outreach to them. Leaving this review is a result of months long efforts to correct a situation that could be easily remedied, however Terra Glamping and their associates refuse to make things right. I would not recommend hiring them for any of their services if you value your own dignity.

One of the best things that’s ever happened to Cedar point Park. And Cedar point Park is already great but this made it 1000 times even better. People are literally coming that aren’t even camping just to go hang out at the Bluffs and have drinks and pizza. What could be better!

The glamping was a wonderful experience. Comfortable bed, roomy space, waking up to a view of the water. You get a fire pit with a starter kit of complimentary wood. I will definitely stay here again. Best deal in all of East Hampton.
