5th annual 2/3 brothers camping trip. Grew up spending my July birthdays here. Screens off, bicycling, canoeing, fishing, fantastic sandy beaches, an hour from Rochester and Syracuse. Hidden gem.

Love it here!! My grandparents used to rent a cabin every fall when I was a kid, and now I do yearly visits myself!! Was just there in May and it was beautiful as always and the cabins are clean and super spacious!! Between the playgrounds, fishing, and the beach amongst many other things it's hard to be bored. And if you're lucky enough you might see the local swans! Can't wait to visit again!

First time camping here so learned some things but its very nice overall. Staff was friendly. Liked their firewood delivery service for the convenience. Several different recreational spaces. Enjoyed kayaking on the large pond. I appreciate that the playground is a good distance from the camp sites. Several updated and clean bathroom buildings.
Didn't like how far the power pedestal was from the parking pad of our site, but that's because I dont have a very long power cable, so instead of me driving to the store, I just parked my camper closer to the power and it was just weird. Also didn't like the dump station water hose could not be connected to my poop tank flush port.
Still would return here.

What a gorgeous park! We brought our bikes here and really enjoyed ourselves. The lake is beautiful and the facilities are very nice. There are large bathrooms and full showers by the beach. It looked like a very popular spot for camping and renting cabins as well. We also so people had rented out a party space. There are grills and picnic tables everywhere too. I also noticed they have kayaks and canoes for rent at $10 per hour along with lawn games like cornhole and Jenga. Very nice, I would love to visit again!

I haven't been here since I was about 9. I am now nearly 40, and I can tell you my visit was amazing. Things have certainly changed. But not at all in a negative way. I was very impressed with how clean this beach was, and I loved how beach toys, floats, and other pool related items were welcomed. I have been so so many pools and beaches lately and most prohibit the use of anything fun for children, this was such a huge relief, as we planned to spend the entire day, having those added accessories allowed us to spread out the day and keep the kids entertained.
I loved the pier! It too was so clean and the views were breath taking. I can't believe how clear that water was, it was beautiful!
Although summer is nearing an end, I have plans to visit a few more times before the kids return to school!
The only thing that caught me off guard was hot hot that sand was, and how difficult it was to pull the wagon through it. Next time I'll make sure I have help!
