My family rented a cabin and was impressed with the cleanliness of the campground and the quality of the customer service. There was a lot to do and the staff was great . For example, when we realized our fridge went bad, the maintenance team replaced our fridge in 30 mins flat. Also worth noting the cabin was very clean - I am not sure why the recent reviews are so negative. This really is a great campground . The pool area is also very clean and well maintained.
The only reason why I gave 4 out of 5 stars was due to the location. Very limited things to do outside of the actual campground.

We just stayed here from July 10-19th and came from South Central Mass. Our group had 2 camp sites and 2 cabins. Sites were large and loved having the cement pad. We rented a golf cart and were happy that they were governed so you couldn’t go above a set speed. Everyone in our group had an amazing time and we only had 1 rainy day. Want to give a big THANK YOU to Eric and Randy who work there. They helped make our stay memorable and we hope to see them again soon!

We had such an amazing camping trip, and a huge part of that was because of Eric. From the day we arrived until the day we left, he checked in on us every single day to make sure everything was okay and that we had everything we needed.
Eric is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the campers. His positive attitude and willingness to help made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay.
To be honest, if it hadn’t been for Eric, we probably would have left early. He truly turned our experience around, and we can’t thank him enough. The campground is lucky to have someone as dedicated and caring as Eric. We look forward to coming back because of him!

One of the worst experiences of our lives. I was returning from walking the dogs one morning when we were aggressively ordered to leave immediately—with no room for discussion—because a neighbor had apparently mistaken our dogs for other, unleashed ones. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times and are not allowed to bark; this creates a stressful atmosphere where you feel constantly watched. Staff members, the customers called them “The Eyes” are always making rounds to check on things for a young manager who is incredibly arrogant for no reason. Even one of the employees told us he was unbearable. It was extremely stressful having to pack everything up suddenly and look for another place in the middle of summer without even a day or two of notice. We were treated poorly at this place; it is overcrowded with children at the pool, noisy, and dirty. During the week, the manager keeps things closed; employees told us he only opens up if the owner happens to stop by. He is very shifty. We could suit the place but we didn’t do it again. We hated the experience. Above all, look elsewhere.

Last year me and my family visit this campsite for the first time and it was amazing. This year decided to go back and the experience was not great. The cabin was dirty, the stove and microwave was not working, and since it was pouring we couldn't cook outside. The water in the shower was extremely cold. While playing some board games with the kids we spotted a mouse when to the customer service desk, got told maintenance was going to put some traps that didn't happen and saw the mouse 3 more times after that. A lot of money for a weekend not great. Definitely trying a different spot for our family camping tradition. Is a completely lie that we were offered a different cabin I do not know who the staff offered that to but it was not us I would it take it because I was with my 4 kids and 1 of them have asthma.
