Policies & Rules

Arrival & departure

  • Check-in and check-out times are specified for different site types.
  • Check-in for RV/Tent sites is at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • Check-in for vacation rental units is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
  • Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM; guests must occupy their site by 9:00 PM or risk re-rental.
  • Failure to occupy the campsite by 9:00 PM on the first night may lead to re-rental and fee forfeiture.
  • Reserved site guests can go directly to their site after express check-in via WhatsApp or at the office.
  • Guests with non-reserved sites must register at the office.

  • Campfires must be within the provided metal rings. Please do not move fire rings from other sites.

Amenities

  • Amenities availability is seasonal and subject to change; they may not be guaranteed at all times.

Fires & fuel

  • Use only firewood purchased on-site; campfires must be contained and monitored.
  • Extinguish all campfires before bed; they are allowed from 8:00 AM to midnight.

Safety & rules

  • Campers must be 18 or older to obtain a permit; minors must be supervised by an adult.
  • Generators may be used for up to 5 hours daily during specified hours; violations may result in eviction.
  • Users of specialized medical equipment must seek alternative power methods outside designated generator hours.
  • Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM; children must return to sites by 10:00 PM.
  • Respect neighbors' privacy and space; avoid intruding on other sites.
  • Children under 16 must be supervised, wear helmets while biking, and return to their site by 10 PM.
  • Smoking, alcohol, marijuana, and illegal drugs are not allowed in common areas; smoking is permitted on sites.
  • Dispose of trash and recycling properly; do not leave trash outside overnight.
  • Campers are responsible for their personal property and should have insurance; Sisi Farm is not liable for damages or theft.
  • Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice; management is not liable for errors.
  • Violating campground rules may lead to eviction without refund.

Fees & deposits

  • A non-refundable reservation fee of $10 applies to all bookings.
  • Extra fees apply for additional guests, cars, and pets; register guests upon arrival.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancel RV sites 14+ days in advance for a full refund; no refunds for cancellations within 14 days.
  • Cancel tent sites 7+ days in advance for a full refund; no refunds for cancellations within 7 days.
  • Failure to show up results in total loss of fees paid.
  • No refunds are available due to weather conditions.

Site capacity

  • Maximum occupancy is 6 people per site; RV/tent sites allow 2 dogs and 1 car.
  • Campers must use their assigned site; unoccupied equipment may be removed after 48 hours.

Pets

  • Additional fees (pets, guests, weekends, etc.)
  • Maximum of 2 pets per site, and pets must be current on vaccinations; only allowed in designated units.
  • Aggressive pets are prohibited; dogs must be leashed and supervised, and owners must clean up after them.
  • A $100 fine applies for not cleaning up after pets; waste bags are available on-site.

Guests

  • Please be considerate of your neighbors’ privacy and space. Do not walk on or cut through another camper’s site. Respect our local culture, wildlife, and other guests. Please be mindful of our local bylaws and conservation of resources. Refrain from any inappropriate language and actions with respect to race, religion, sexual orientation, and politics. The presence of any controversial language, actions, visuals, or symbols that may be deemed offensive or inappropriate (e.g., political signs, confederate flag, swastika, racial slurs, etc.) will not be permitted on the property.

Smoking

  • Sisi Farm is a family campground. There is no smoking allowed in any vacation rental unit, restroom,playground, welcome center, common areas or any outdoor amenities. Smoking is allowed on your own site if it is done so in a way that will not directly or indirectly impact the experience of other guests. Alcohol is permitted by legal drinking age adults at your site or rental, as well as throughout the resort if concealed. Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner. Public intoxication is not permitted; violators will be evicted. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.

  • Do not deface or remove signs or structures on the property.
  • Do not remove or harm any plants or natural features on the property.
  • Fireworks are not allowed on the property.
  • Fighting and violent behavior are strictly prohibited.
  • Any activity that violates the law is prohibited.
  • Rough games are only allowed in designated areas.
  • Firearms are only allowed during designated hunting seasons.
  • Discharging firearms is prohibited on the property.
