Riverhurst Park Campground

This is an absolutely beautiful, well maintained campground. It’s small, peaceful and serene with beautiful views. I was so excited for our 5 night trip- we came from Ohio and the reviews indicated all of this plus very friendly owners and staff. What more could we ask for? Making your way in, there is a 10ft 10 in. bridge that there is no way a camper can fit under without damaging it. Take the truck route in to avoid this. I called and asked for the alternative route and the woman was very friendly and directed us which way to go. She greeted us right at our truck when we got there and told us where to find our campsite. We later found out her name is Judy and we appreciated her going out of her way to reach out to us after an issue we had on our trip. We found our campsite with no issues and were pleasantly surprised with the riverfront location- yes that’s what we reserved but you aren’t always so close when they say that. We arrived on a Saturday so the place was full but over the next few days people came and went and it remained very quiet. Overall, this place was awesome and we hope to return very soon.

Easily one of the most peaceful and relaxing 3 days of my life. We had the chalet and you can't go wrong. 2 stories, 4 beds, a giant sectional couch, beautiful bar with a full kitchen and bath. Large front porch and a comfortable back deck area with a grill. Has a large lot for the kids to run around all day long without feeling like we were encroaching on the other campers. The river was less than 50 yards away and the walleye were biting. I highly recommend this to anyone. From tent camping to full cabin rentals, they have it all. The staff is extremely friendly and made the stay that much more enjoyable. My kids were big fans of Mr. Casey and his cool golf cart. 😂 Thanks to the staff for making it a beautiful stay! Will for sure be back.

Had a wonderful week. Experience was wonderful!!!! Casey waited for us on our late arrival and helped us get set-up!!! This was a great home away from home for the week, while we were here to visit our daughter and son-in-law.

An amazing, not so small slice of paradise that is so beautiful you should be ashamed that you haven't already made reservations!!
Spotless grounds, unbelievable location with stores and anything you could need within 10 mins or less, mostly on your way in anyway. staff is on call, with helpful info if needed.. local area is nice and a lot of stuff to do if you have kids.. the prices are fantastic for any of their sites and any pictures will never do it justice.. you need to see it for yourself. Mark my words- you will regret not booking here.
**Canine friendly, child and family forward, quiet, clean and cozy** 10/10★

This is the second time we have gone camping here. We stayed in the Chalet again this time for a week! The first time was only for a weekend and it wasn’t long enough! This time we stayed an entire week (still not long enough in my opinion!) we had such a great time! My family loves coming out there. We have family that lives in Buffalo NY and our old family campground is no longer around. They found Riverhurst over 2 years ago and we have now decided this is our go to/ new family camping spot! We plan on making this a yearly thing and I’m so happy about it! The owners are absolutely amazing and answer any questions you have! They are so kind and helpful in anyway you need! We also found out they have kayaks you can use which they will take you to the top so you can go the entire length of the river.. if you love basketball, volleyball, badminton, soccer etc… they have a net and basketball court at the pavilion! They also have a soccer goal with a ball (they have a basketball for the court as well) The chalet is extremely spacious and has EVERYTHING you need! Seriously all around an amazing experience!! Our family rents the RV spot right next to the Chalet so it is a perfect set up for all of us! We love being so close to the water, love the peace and tranquility we get here.. just absolutely amazing!! I would HIGHLY recommend camping here for sure!! If you’re looking for an amazing place to stay, with peace, amazing / kind people and amenities above and beyond… this is the place for you!! They’re also super close to stores and gas stations so it’s very easy/ convenient to stock up on food/ whatever you may need!! 😊🥰 Thank you again soo much for all you do and for being so kind! We appreciate you and can’t wait to see you next year!!
