My pup and I had a magical stay at Bellfire a couple of weeks ago. The info and FAQs provided ahead of the trip were helpful, and we had a cosy stay in the Cosmic Nomad cabin. We were there during the first freeze of the season and purchased a propane tank for the heater from the onsite store, but Mina was kind enough to check in and drop off a spare tank which was much appreciated in the early hours of the morning! My pup loved exploring the trails, and it was so nice to unplug and unwind for a couple of days. We'll definitely be back!

I return to Bellfire every year, having experienced it in every month of the season, but each time I come I am amazed by the beauty and generosity of nature here. I’m deeply grateful for the care and attention to detail that has gone into creating this place as every corner you look both indoors and outdoors holds something beautiful to discover. My stays have been truly restorative and helped my mental health. Thank you for offering such a rich and nourishing experience! I shall return!

My husband and I visited to celebrate my birthday. Unfortunately, the experience was not what we had hoped. Upon arrival, the hostess was a bit abrupt, which made for an awkward first impression. We were allowed onto the grounds 45 minutes prior to our reservation, which we appreciated. The misty weather didn’t dampen our spirits—we enjoyed sitting by the campfire and having snacks. The wooded grounds were beautiful and exactly the atmosphere we were looking for, even in the rain.

However, the accommodations themselves were disappointing. The rain was relentless all evening and into the next day, and by morning we were faced with a musty, damp-smelling area, an outhouse with a strong odor, and, most concerning, my husband suffered an asthma attack triggered by the environment. We had no choice but to pack up and leave early.

I did email the host to thank her for the evening but also explained that due to the musty odor and my husband’s asthma, we could not stay. I never received a response. At $175 per night, with accommodations that fell short and a complete lack of follow-up or concern, I expected at the very least an acknowledgment or inquiry about my husband’s wellbeing.

I travelled solo to Bellfire for the first time 4 years ago, and I’ve returned at least twice a year every year since. Mina and Rich (two of the LOVELIEST people I have ever met!) have cultivated what I can only describe as pure magic here at Bellfire. I’ve done quite a bit of outdoorsy travel, from camping to glamping and everything in between and I can confirm that the beauty, peace, quiet, joy, and magic found here are singular to Bellfire and Bellfire alone. Mina and Rich have thoughtfully crafted each and every space on the property so that you can fully disconnect from the outside world and plug into the bliss of nature while also having access to modern necessities and comforts. Over the years, I’ve come to call Bellfire my happiest place, so much so that I don’t even leave the property when I stay (although there is plenty to do nearby if you choose to explore!). From waking up to birdsongs to sitting by the campfire under a sky full of stars to watching the most incredible sunrise you’ve ever seen, Bellfire is a different kind of special that will leave a mark on your heart.

Bellfire Farm has become a tradition for me and my husband, we return every year & it never disappoints. Each stay feels just as magical as the first. The property itself is breathtaking. It's peaceful, private & super cozy. Whether it’s sitting by the fire under the stars, waking up to the sounds of nature, or just taking time to disconnect, this place always feels like a true reset for the soul. Mina & Rich put love and care into every detail. Everything is thoughtful, welcoming, and well-maintained. It’s not just a stay, it’s an experience I look forward to every year.
