Fairpoint Marina

Edit: After having been under new ownership in recent years, I'm sad to say that the quality has gone downhill. You still have the nice clubhouse and bathrooms, and most of the staff are doing the best they can. But the services are more and more limited, and prices increased despite less services available. Still a great place to slip but no longer the value and one-stop destination it was before.

Nicely protected, very clean and friendly staff, and just inside the lake entrance. They put on great events through the season, and treat everyone like family. Great facilities and services!

My wife and I stayed at Fair Point Marina last year and loved it. The location is perfect - just a short distance from the channel from Lake Ontario into Little Sodus Bay. Easy to get to, plenty of deep water and the facilities are outstanding. The people there are some of the nicest boaters we have met during our cruising and the staff is top notch.

Fair Point Marina has turned Little Sodus Bay into a destination instead of just another place to spend the night on the way to somewhere else. I've spent most of my life on the water, on boats and at marinas and this one is a cut above. Top notch amenities, clean facilities, and a knowledgeable and helpful staff. Not to mention the seasonal boaters that call Fair Point home are some of the nicest sailors I've ever met anywhere.

Fair Point Marina and RV Park is by far the very best place on Lake Ontario for boating, swimming and enjoying all the summertime activities available in NY State. The sunsets are amazing and the "big sky" over the lake is priceless! The staff are very accommodating to all our needs while the facilities are impeccable as is the services that the marina offers. The April to Oct. season at the Marina allows everyone to enjoy the VERY BEST of the lake and the bay activities for 6 full months. Wonderful place to enjoy family, friends and neighbors……………..
