They don't care about Wayne County troops at all. The nearest place for troops to get cookies (cookie cupboard) is over an hour away and they rarely, if ever host council sponsored events in the County. It would be much easier if we were able to join WNY since we're much closer anyways. We continue to keep our troop to be able to camp, but unfortunately, we don't do anything else since there's been a major lack of support out this way by them for years.

If you are looking for the store hours make sure to call first before traveling as the times listed here are not for that.

NYPENN is unresponsive. Customer service is poorly managed. Emailed multiple times to get information for my daughter to enroll in a troop.

Hours online don't match the actual hours of the store. Maybe update that before more people waste a drive to Syracuse.

Melissa in the store is always so friendly and helpful. My daughter loves her visits to the Girl Scouts store, all the options in the press shop and the fun finds!
