What Guests Are Saying

Heritage Acres RV Park & Campground offers a friendly and accommodating atmosphere with clean facilities, well-stocked store, and ample recreational areas, making it a good choice for families and those attending nearby events. However, some areas, particularly sites 154-174, have been criticized for noise, disrepair, and the presence of permanent campers that detract from the overall experience. While the campground has many positive aspects, including a clean pool and playgrounds, there are concerns regarding cleanliness in women's bathrooms and disruptive behavior from some guests.

Large number of permanent campers, many look like junkyards, especially in the area of sites 154 - 174 by Hermit Field. Looks like a homeless encampment with dilapidated campers and garbage. NOISY. Boom boxed blasting when we arrived, went on for hours until we complained. Then the party started at dusk at most of the campers in this area. Still going on at 1:00 am. heavy alcohol and drug activity
Internet only available at office which is a very long walk away.
Run down buildings and pool area. Location is out in the boonies.
Save yourself some grief. Stay somewhere else.

Very nice campground! The staff was friendly and accomodating. The store was well-stocked and the prices were low. The bathrooms and showers were not fancy, but they were clean, stocked, and everything was fully functional. The campground was clean, quiet, and had great open areas and playgrounds for kids. The pool was also clean and inviting. We'd recommend it for anyone camping for an event at SPAC, as it's only about a 25-minute drive from the venue and is very peaceful.

Basic family campground, sites are large enough that you're not on top of your neighbors. There are multiple small playgrounds, a pool, horseshoe pits and a pond for fishing. A small store has one of each thing you may need while there, there's also a small laundry shed. It appears as though many sites are occupied by permanent residents.

The ladies bathroom were awful. Mold in showers. The shower curtains need to be replaced they are extremely dirty .

Campers should be aware of others camping. Be aware of swearing and yelling, no one wants to here your business.
