This campground is beautifully maintained and sites are nicely spaced. We were here 5 days and would happily have stayed longer.

The camping spots are amazing, leveled and make setting up very easy. The campground was comfortable and calm. We truly enjoyed our time and look forward to coming back.

Place was empty, because water was low and ramps, were out of water. Since I came to launch boat, a alert, would've been nice.
Roads and sites are tight, but not impossible to access.

We love the hiking trails and the untouched prairie grasses. The sites have plenty of room and the showers are cleaned every day.

We had a great weekend. The campground is very clean and well maintained. The bathrooms and showers were great.
The campground host greeted us when we arrived and was very helpful, I think his name was Richard. He was very knowledgeable about the area.
Great little hiking trail with very nice views.
We will definitely be back!

- From Bismarck, North Dakota, take University Drive south (road becomes ND Highway 1804) and continue south for approximately 50 miles. The road will intersect with ND Highway 13. Turn right and continue on ND Highway 1804 south for approximately 3 miles. Recreation area is on the right side ND Highway 1804.
- From Linton, North Dakota, travel 13 miles west on ND Highway 13 to junction of ND Highways 13 and 1804, then travel west another 3 miles. Recreation area is on the right side of ND Highway 1804.
Elevation: 502 feet
16 mi drive to downtown Linton (about 18 min)
