Campsite 58 and the others nearby are extremely close to each other. No shade or
privacy. You basically have to walk through the other sites to get to #58. Other than that the views are great. A whole herd of bison came through campground in the morning and I had one walk right up to our picnic table while I was enjoying my morning coffee.

This was fun, once you got used to the fact that bison herds come through the campground regularly. If you keep your distance and are prudent, it's not a problem. Bathrooms were clean and are flush toilets with real running water. Some camp sites are small, but manageable. The best part was the park rangers who came by to welcome us were incredibly nice! We felt like we made new friends during our stay. Very wonderful people!

I was in site 32, which was a back up plenty of room to park my truck beside my 26’ travel trailer. Hosts were awesome.

This was an excellent pull through
site. It was big enough for an additional large tent and car. We had perfect bison viewing and they even tried to join us for dinner one night.

One of our favorite parks, we always enjoy the sights. Our campsite was a stage to watch so much wildlife; bison, horses, eagles and turkeys. We could hear the coyotes yipping and howling at night. Beautiful sunsets and starry nights.

Very nice campground within THRO. The restrooms in each loop appeared to be recently constructed. Each included a dishwashing station. And the CG host gave a nice presentation about the bison in the park..

You can't get a much better location to experience Theordore Roosevelt NP than this campground. The access was easy, the site was level. We were at site 22. Many of the sites are drive through. Site 22 was a bit tight for our 29' 5th wheel, but we were able to wiggle it in and out ok. Camp host was friendly and helpful. Water avail at the entrance. It was cool to see the Bison walking around the campsite. Again, very easy access to the town and to the TR Presidential Library (highly recommended).
