Idk who that lady was at the check-in area but she was the sweetest lady I've ever met.
Campsites are primitive and clean. No showers at all anywhere in the park but there are travel stops within a 30 min drive of the site.
T-Mobile has coverage pretty much everywhere in the park but it's very finicky and requires you to play around with your network settings. Overall a great time!

I reserved two sites, as I could not get the same site two consecutive nights. I stayed the first night in Site 43 and was so mad about the site I was stuck with I left and went elsewhere miles away the second night. I had it with this campground after this experience and won’t be back.
This is NOT a campsite and it is NOT in a campground. It is a parking spot on the side of the main road going in to where the real camping is. You have to haul your stuff down a hill to eat at the table. It’s inconvenient and unenjoyable.
I feel this site, and the others like it, were labeled as “campsites” simply to make money and crowd the park even more. It is quite obvious that they are probably picnic sites.
