This campground was so peaceful and the bathrooms were well maintained and super clean. We are 25’ and just fit our site perfectly.

The campground was easy to get in to for a 40 ft Class A. The view was nice and it was close to the north TRNP entrance. A few more trees would be nice, but overall, we would come back!

We absolutely loved our campsite, site #71. We had to electricity nor water and the afternoons were HOT but the temps dramatically cooled in the evenings and overnight. The site was large, relatively level, close to the bathrooms and private. The camp host was helpful and kind and there were lots of small paths within the campground on which to walk pets. Love the access to both the scenic south loop drive as well as the proximity to Medora. We hope to stay here again next summer although we might try for a site next to the river this time just to change things up.

Would’ve been Five stars if they still had first come sites to pick from, my stay was only one night because it wasn’t available for second night, someone else had it reserved.

Decent privacy. Only stayed a night on the road but still saw a few bison on the road. Beautiful place.

Nice campground + site, steps away from the river. The sites are fairly close, and this one is right next to where all of the cars park for the walk-to sites (so fair warning in case people are arriving late as their vehicle sounds and lights may be more present), but I would camp at this site again. Woke up with bison right outside the site, which was very cool. We stayed on a clear night and kept the rain fly off the tent so we could watch the stars! Would recommend this site to anyone!
