Long's Retreat Family Resort

We have been holding our family reunion at Long's for several years now and rent the largest shelter house they have which is near the bathrooms and not far from the swimming and games area. I have only gotten positive feedback about holding the reunion at Long's Retreat, so we will continue to do so!!! We have always had a pleasant experience there. Lots of fun!!! Eric "Tip"Long and his family and crew are good people. Treat you like family♡

Activities for all ages and wholesome people!

I haven't stayed in the cabins yet with my family but we do plan on it. As for the rest of the resort, what gem. Its a drive for us but my kids love this place and so do us adults. Its perfect for the kids and then the kid in you. Expect to spend 5 plus hours here filled with water slides, bounce houses, merry go rounds and go karts. If you haven't been, you gotta go!

The past 5 years of my experience camping here with family have been amazing to say the least! the food here is great, the workers here are kind and the people who stay are welcoming. My friends and I have a lot of fun out here during the holidays and I highly recommend this campground to anyone who enjoys nature and spending time with family and friends !

We didn’t stay at any of the cabins. We went down for a day of family fun had a great time completely overlooked the website where it said that there was no cell service or Internet or Wi-Fi, which really was not a problem at all until I went to go leave and had no service to tell me my direction to get back to my 1 hour 40 minute drive food was great. Prices were great. Staff was very friendly restrooms could use a little bit more monitoring we enjoyed the beach the extra waterslides the canoeing as well as the go karts.. we will be back soon.
